The Ademco Integrated Services and Support Center (ISC) is a 24hrs x 7 days operational facility. It provides a wide variety of services such as monitoring, customer service, fault reporting, phone support, response to sit, in essence providing around the clock support to our customers on a regional basis.
Manned by trained operators and technical personnel, the ISC is also built with business continuity in mind. Uninterrupted and emergency power-sources, fire resistant design, redundant systems and state-of-the-art security ensure this facility is as solid as the services it provide.
Besides standard services, the ISC also undertakes customized services specifically requested by customers. Some unique services include Video Patrol and Remote Command Center.
